The estate is a newly built eco-sustainable property (about 300 square meters), divided into three residential units. A magnificent cypress-lined avenue leads to the villa, which offers a breathtaking view of the famous Antinori vineyards. This villa is spread over a completely fenced private land, the garden of about 5,000 square meters (1.5 acres) hosts a splendid infinity edge swimming pool and a jacuzzi, for which the three apartments that are part of the villa share the use.

On the first floor, we find the master bedroom with a chromotherapy hot tub and private bathroom, as well as a secret room equipped with a Japanese futon bed. The shared garden and swimming pool, the private outdoor patio and the exclusive use jacuzzi give this apartment a unique and exclusive touch.
On level - 1 there is a laundry area equipped with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron shared by the three apartments.
