Bumpy, narrow motor access (400 m via unmade road). Roofed, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 12 km, sandy beach "Hyères, La Londe" 35 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. The owner has a dog. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
