Positive: The host is excellent, always answered quickly and was very friendly. Would highly recommend staying at Villa Ban. Location is good, 5 minutes to the beach, near to a couple of little shops and a very good bakery. The whole villa is very modern and clean and has comfortable beds. We were a group of 13 adults and children and it was great for us.

Negative: The upstairs shower floods, can be a bit dangerous as the floors are very slippy. The host did call round to fix the problem quickly though. Neighbours are very close but seem to be ok if you are inside for 11pm. An extra fridge downstairs would be useful for big groups as it's quite far to keep going to the upstairs apartment when cooking. Could do with instruction manual for the oven and water etc.
