Located at the entrance of Arcachon close to the station, this beautiful Arcachon has been completely renovated with taste. The main house (which contains 3 bedrooms, a SAM & Sejour, a kitchen, a newly redone SDD and 1 independent toilet) gives to the garden.

The small house, connected to the main building by the wooden terrace, contains a toilet, a shower, a laundry (with washing machine and dryer) and a large room for 2 people (bed 160x200cm high quality) with desk and large TV screen well hidden. This little house has just been completely insulated to ensure thermal and sound comfort.
Enclosed garden with garden furniture, large outdoor table and chairs, ping pong table and plancha to enjoy this green setting for successful holidays with family or friends.
The house is labeled 4 clefs clevacances and classified 4 stars by the departmental committee of tourism for the quality of its comfort and its equipment.
The heated and secure pool of 6 meters by 3.5. Mainly for relaxation but also sports for swimming on site. It is open and heated to 27 degrees from April (if outdoor temperature sufficient) to October. It is treated with salt to avoid allergies. Maximum safety and aesthetics when you do not use it thanks to its immersed shutter. A pool attendant spends weekly to ensure its proper functioning and cleanliness.

Rental of 5 recent bicycles (and 3 a little less) offered stored in the garage overlooking the street. It is possible to put a car but otherwise it is very easy to park for free right in front of the house.
