Located in a charming Landes-style villa, the offered apartment is an independent unit resulting from the division of Villa Etchola into two distinct parts. Completely renovated in 2014, it elegantly combines the charm of traditional architecture with a contemporary touch, in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Its unique layout—with adjoining rooms, cozy alcoves, and open spaces—makes it a convivial place, particularly suitable for family stays. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people and is composed as follows:
- 1 double bed on a mezzanine overlooking the living room, perfect for a couple
- 2 single mattresses (80x190) set on a raised platform, partially separated by string curtains—an ideal cocooning space for children
- 1 sofa bed in the living room, for a comfortable extra bed
