There is a sun deck area with 8 deck chairs on two levels and there is an outdoor shower. The property offers a secured parking lot for 2 cars.

* The GROUND FLOOR is air conditioned and offers a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island and all the needed amenities a modern guest needs (a toaster, a kettle, microwave oven, a Julius Meinl capsule coffee machine....and more), a dining area with a fireplace and a terrace with sea views connected to a terrace with outdoor dining area. Two steps below is a living room with a sofa that can convert into a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, Netflix, and a PS4 for your youngest.
