Villa Rosetta is an independent villa with sea view and large outdoor spaces, near San Nicola L Arena (100 meters), just 10 meters from the sandy beach, with access via a gate directly from the property. Ideal solution for large families who want to spend their holidays very close to the sea and who love to spend pleasant moments in the company in the open air. The property consists of a main block and an outbuilding in a raised position. In front of the main block there is an outdoor paved area equipped with table, chairs and other garden furniture, outdoor kitchen, barbecue; part of this terrace is sheltered by a canopy. The presentation of the external spaces is completed by another equipped terrace, in front of the annex, and a pleasant garden that opens onto the side of the property. The nearby town of San Nicola l Arena offers a beautiful promenade, the Castle of San Nicola with its three towers, above the cliff by the sea, a small tourist port, fishing tourism activities, restaurants and typical places to taste fish dishes , shops and various services. Nearby you will find renowned seaside and tourist resorts such as Palermo at 35 Km, Monreale at 40 Km, with the beautiful Cathedral and the Cloister, Cefalù at 45 Km, with the fascinating beaches, Capo Zafferano at 20 Km, a promontory with a characteristic hat shape of Napoleon which offers a spectacular view ranging from Cefalù to Capo Gallo. Some external staircases and four internal steps connect the spaces on several levels. In the main building we have a living room with 1 sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms 1 with shower and 1 with bathtub, going down the stairs you reach a large kitchen, complete with appliances, the villa and equipped with safe, televisions and air conditioners. In the Depandance we have a complete kitchen with 1 sofa bed, 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower. For those who stay will be provided sheets and towels, as well as beach towels and umbrellas. Pets are allowed, we have a fence with free kennel, for our younger guests we have a cot and high chair. The well-kept garden offers the opportunity to relax being able to read a book listening to the waves of the sea crashing on the shore, you will spend a pleasant and relaxing holiday between nature and the sea!
