The luxury villa "Skywalk" is one of the most impressive and exclusive properties on the Balearic island of Mallorca. It is located on a hill between the bays of Alcudia and Pollensa and offers some of the best panoramic views on the island. In addition to the breathtaking views, the complex offers 14,000 square metres of magnificent and extensive natural landscape.
Villa Skywalk covers an area of 3,500 square metres and was designed by Italian designer Danilo Silvestrin with the most exclusive interior design. Due to its size, the villa is not only accessible by car via a long serpentine road, but also has a helipad so that it can be reached by air.
The imposing main portal with its four columns extending over two floors is reminiscent of the works of the Renaissance architect Andrea Palladio. The interior of the house is in the avant-garde Milanese style and combines the Mediterranean charm of marble floors in the main portal, marble cladding in the bathrooms and typical Mallorcan sandstone cladding on the windows.
The villa is entered through a spacious 80 square metre double-height entrance hall. The large panoramic windows allow for a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces and provide views of the surrounding Tramuntana mountains. The adjoining 100-square-metre main living room offers fantastic views of Pollensa Bay and the Formentor Peninsula.
With its elegant piano and central fireplace, the room exudes the elegance of a manor house, yet offers an intimate and cosy atmosphere.
The dining room is the ideal place for formal dinner parties as well as family gatherings. The living area also includes a magnificent courtyard with a lily pond, the centrepiece of which is a special raised wooden terrace.
On the 180-square-metre upper floor, the floors are made of varnished oak. Here is the master suite with two bedrooms, a dressing room and two bathrooms. A glass roof over the master bedroom provides a view of the stars at night.
There are also impressive views of Pollensa Bay and the Formentor Peninsula from the large bathroom. A second suite completes the upper floor of the villa.
On the ground floor are further highlights of the villa. There is a spacious spa area with a 12-metre pool, a sauna, a Turkish bath, a whirlpool, as well as a floating tank and a shower with hydro massage. Here you can relax by every trick in the book.
Next to the spa area, there are four spacious flats on the ground floor with direct access to the garden. The wine cellar for storing and tasting wines is located in the service area below the fully equipped kitchen and pantries.
The spacious garden has also been elegantly designed with great taste. Typical Mediterranean vegetation grows here alongside palm trees and tropical plants. In the middle of the garden is a 17-metre swimming pool.
On the terraced grounds there is also a tennis court, a greenhouse and several paths that invite you to take a walk.
