It has a large garden of over 5000 sqm with a large swimming pool of 120 sqm, with Jacuzzi, springboard, a Water slide (maximum depth 2.50 m around area of the springboard) and of course a pool shower. Also in the garden we have several private parking spaces, 2 stone barbecues, large green and shady areas, various outdoor furniture in the relaxation areas, 4 comfortable outdoor showers, sun covered areas and much more. Internally, there is space to ensure absolute privacy, in fact you will find: 4 apartments + a basement studio with a total of 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms with shower box and 3 living rooms with various furniture. Each apartment is designed to ensure high comfort and is divided into an inner part and your own outside garden, with fully equipped veranda for outdoor lunch / dinner. Apartment 4: large studio flat with double bed, double bed sofa, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet. Basement Studio: large and spacious room, with double bed, 1 bunk bed, additional single bed in (small single bed that can be opened if needed), basic furniture, useful only in exceptional cases if the number of people are significant high and in order to justify the letting. The large swimming pool is cleaned once a week. The position of the villa allows in just a 10-minute drive to reach the beautiful coastal towns, choose one of the large sandy beaches or mesmerizing cliffs, from where you get the chance to dive into the clear and blue waters of our sea. During spring, summer and autumn, various festivals in the nearby towns take place which will allow you to enjoy all the simple delights of our land. Ideal accommodation for families with children 3-4-5, 5-6-7, couples or groups of friends, from 12 to 18 people.
