All amenities (supermarkets, newspapers, bakery, butcher...) are in Castillon-La-Bataille (8 min). For golf lovers, that of the greater Saint-Emilionnais is 3 minutes away. 10 minutes away, you can enjoy the magnificent medieval village of Saint-Emilion. Don't miss the pretty sound and light show of La Bataille de Castillon (July and August). The proximity to Périgord and the Atlantic Ocean is also a real asset.
