In less than 1 minute you will enjoy a walk along the beach or a swim in the sea. Can you imagine waking up in the morning, going down for a dip in the sea and coming home for breakfast on the private terrace? It's a recently renovated flat that our guests can enjoy for a perfect holiday. Features a 1 double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, the kitchen integrated into the living room and a bright terrace equipped to enjoy at all times. DESCRIPTION: Enjoying a luminous flat with large windows that let the fresh air of the sunset pass through from its private terrace seems like a dream. It is not. The terrace is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers to sunbathe, have breakfast while watching the people walk along the Calle del Pecado, or enjoy dinner Al Fresco. It also has an electric awning. The floor of the terrace is made of artificial grass, which gives a pleasant sensation and a cozy atmosphere. KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM: The kitchen has am American style, integrated with the living room and is equipped with a small fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, electric kettle and washing machine. It has a bar with barstools perfect for enjoying any fast food. The bright living room has a sofa, flat screen TV, wifi, air conditioning and heating. BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS: The double room has a double bed of 1.50 x 2 mt long, large wardrobes, a safe and a window with blinds to ensure a good rest when the sun rises, and an exit to the terrace. The recently refurbished bathroom has a shower. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The building has 3 floors and the flat is on the third floor without a lift. The street Primero de Mayo is a very lively pedestrian street. There are bars, restaurants and shops that make it the liveliest street in the village. If you are going out for dinner and then having a drink (or two) you will appreciate the location, in 2 minutes you can be anywhere. The windows of both the living room and the bedroom are soundproofed to keep out the annoying noises if you want to go to bed early. TO BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT: Primero de Mayo Street is a very central, pedestrian street with a lot of life. The busiest bars and restaurants in Sitges are in this street. Although the flat is soundproofed, you should bear in mind that the bars and restaurants are open until after dawn. The train station in Sitges is a 10 minute walk away. The supermarkets are within walking distance, the beaches are 50 metres from the flat, so no car is needed.
