Summary: Advertised as a Hobbit room. Definitely not worth the drive or $450 per night. Charges for extra adults who then have to sleep in single bunk beds. Sofa only seats 2 people. Pros - guy at check in was very informative Cons - everything else Don’t be fooled into thinking it is a boutique hobbit experience
