In addition the villas is also close to the Dune du Pilat (highest dune in Europe), to the Landes coast and the Basque Country.
The villa comprises a living room with an open plan kitchen & dining area which leads into an enclosed indoor garden with a large jacuzzi (6 persons), a laundry room, a mezzanine with TV & games, relaxation area perfect for quiet reading, 4 bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms.
The ground floor consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a toilet.
