Located in a plot of land shared with the owner, the accommodation is composed as follows:
Day area:
- A bright, air-conditioned living room with a corner sofa that converts to a double bed, coffee table, TV and Wi-Fi.
- A modern kitchen, open to the living area and fully equipped: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker with direct access to the terrace via a large French window.
Night area:
- A 1m20-high mezzanine, with a bedroom area featuring a double bed.
- A shower room with Italian-style shower, washbasin, heated towel rail and WC.
Exterior:
- A beautiful 20 m² wooden terrace, furnished with a dining table, a bench, a coffee table, a parasol and a barbecue.
- There's a 1000 m² garden, including a 100 m² vegetable patch, and a heated swimming pool shared with the owners. The pool is protected by an electric shutter, and is open from April to October.
