On the ground floor, its wooden terrace of 120m² facing south with swimming pool, barbecue and outdoor kitchen will allow you to relax in the sun. The two 45m² and 25m² terraces upstairs each overlook a beautiful sea view.
The living room is equipped with a video projector with a 3m50 screen linked to a high-end audio system, as well as external speakers.
A piano will allow musicians to enjoy their passion.
The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs as well as a shower room and WC accessible from the terrace.
Dream vacations with the ocean in the front line, ideal for lovers of skiing and fishing. You also have the bicycle paths of the Landes forest close by, as well as an equestrian center. Ideally located between Biarritz and Hossegor, you can discover the Basque country as easily as the south of the Landes. A fresh fish and seafood restaurant open all year round will allow you to give a gastronomic accent to your stay.
The house is located in the heart of Ondres beach.
The district consists of a pizzeria, a bodega restaurant, a guinguette, a snack bar, an ice cream parlor and a renowned seafood fish restaurant and two houses: this is its main advantage but also its main drawback.
Out of season the area is very quiet.
You should know that the house is located above a glacier, and near the 3 restaurants of Ondres beach, which can generate some nuisances, in particular:
- some deliveries between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m., the house being well insulated, this does not pose a problem when the windows are closed
- there may be cooking smells depending on the time of day and the direction of the wind
- you can sometimes hear a little activity from the terrace.
The villa is very well insulated and in general this does not bother the occupants of the villa, on the other hand the demanding people looking for absolute calm will have to move towards another property necessarily further from the sea.
