On the ground floor, equipped kitchen (4 gas burners, dishwasher, mini-oven...) which opens onto a large living room with cathedral ceiling, including a dining area and a lounge with television, wifi and wood stove (only heating method). On this level there is also a bedroom for 1 person with window on the living room and a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. The 1st floor includes a dormitory with three beds of 90, a bedroom with a bed of 160, a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. A spiral staircase leads to the 2nd floor, where there is a bedroom with two beds of 80 modular in 160. Outside, enclosed grassy courtyard of approximately 100 m² with garden furniture and gas plancha. Two parking spaces in front of the gîte.
