Independent access via a street at the back of the village, and parking is available in various village parking lots. A charming and authentic setting in Labastide d'Armagnac, located 30 km northeast of Mont de Marsan, 15 km from the Bordeaux-Pau highway, and 12 km from Barbotan.
In the heart of the Bas-Armagnac region of Landes, in the center of a medieval village classified as a small town of character, the cottage is one of the typical arcaded houses that give the Bastide its charm.
This townhouse boasts a 46 m² interior courtyard with garden furniture, a barbecue, and a hot tub nestled on the balcony terrace.
The cottage: The ground floor opens onto a spacious living room with whitewashed beams, giving the room a brighter feel. The open fireplace in the living room lends it a real touch of character.
The kitchen is separate and equipped with every comfort (dishwasher, fridge-freezer combination, electric oven, 4 ceramic hobs).
