Cambo les bains: on the ground floor of a sunny villa, fully renovated T1 bis apartment, with equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, fridge, microwave, TV...), 1 bedroom (140 bed) with adjoining shower room, a separate toilet, a west-facing terrace, a north-facing veranda. Free parking 30 meters away.

Bed linen and towels are not provided (paid service to be requested from the agency)
The rental must be returned clean (possibility of arranging a paid cleaning service)
An inventory of the accommodation is carried out at each departure (see art 1731 of the civil code).
The following customers all have 24 hours to report to us anything they believe is not compliant, or anything our services have forgotten to report.
If the tenants leave the accommodation on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 [hidden] on the morning of their departure, a pre-inventory will be carried out by the agency the day before departure. This will allow us to check that everything is working and that there is no damage to report. In the case of a pre-inventory, the deposit will be cancelled (credit card) or returned cancelled (check), after the tenants have actually left.
Optional services to be paid on site and to be reserved before your arrival:
- Bed linen/set/week: €10.
- Bathroom linen/kit per person/week: €5.
- T1 Bis exit cleaning: €44.
Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
