This apartment of 60 m², is equipped for 4 people and is located on the edge of the forest, with beautiful exposure and a view of the mountains and mountain pastures.
It has 2 bedrooms: one of 15 m² (double bed 140cm) and the other of 10 m² with 2 single beds. .
The main room includes an American kitchen and a living room; it is framed by large bay windows letting in plenty of light and giving access to a large private terrace.

- 4 km from Boréon and PARC ALPHA (Parc des Loups), where you can practice many mountain hikes to discover the flora and fauna and the many lakes in the park. In winter you will have access to ice waterfalls and cross-country ski trails.
-A 5 km from the Colmiane station with tree climbing activities, via-Ferrata, summer tobogganing, mountain biking and the largest zip line in France. Family alpine ski resort in winter season.
- 15 mm from the thermal spa of Berthemont les Bains (rheumatology and respiratory tract, fitness ...).
- 1 hour by car from Nice and its beaches.
