Positive: The whole stay was a pleasure from arrival to end. The dynamo that was our hostess, Monique ensured that everything was as it should be and for our enjoyment. The accommodation is welcoming interior and outside. It's exceptionally clean and comfortable. We were able to enjoy a home cooked meal in the evening, breakfast was fresh breads, home made jams and very fresh coffee. The accommodation is peaceful except for the cockerels morning calls but we were aware of this. We were offered a choice of room, reached by narrow stairs so maybe be cautious if mobility is an issue. There are lovely grounds outside to enjoy an evening tipple in the evening sun. Everything as expected in the room facilities wise from coffee to hairdryer. The building is old but attractive and well maintained. Parking available close to and not to difficult to find using the satnav.
