## Neighborhood
The house is located in a very quiet street in the center of the village of Aytré, 10 min by car and 15 min by bike from downtown and the Vieux Port of La Rochelle. This ideal location makes it easy to visit the coast on foot and discover the Ville Blanche's sublime seafront. Guarded by the Tour de la Chaîne and Tour Saint-Nicolas, the Old Port has inspired many artists. After a stroll along the quayside, visitors are invited to wander through the pretty alleyways of the old town. Renaissance patrician houses and old half-timbered houses follow one another. The many small boutiques in the pedestrian zones and the arcade-lined streets have everything to satisfy the shopping enthusiast.
