Surface area: 90 m². Located 450m from the south beach and the city center 600m from the Grande Plage and the North Beach. TO BE PAID upon arrival: security deposit of €600 for the rental, €150 for cleaning, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: sheets €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linen (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week. Cleaning: €150. Pet €30 per stay + a security deposit of €100.
