The open plan kitchen and living room has French windows leading directly onto the patio area. Here you have seating, a parasol, bbq and partially lawned area all for your private use. There is a retractable gate to keep little one's safe. There is a separate dining area elegantly set out for all your mealtime requirements
The 2nd bedroom can be adapted from a single to a double bed or 2 singles beds. The large main bedroom could accommodate a cot.
A walking trail is found at the end of the lane and fishing lakes are very close by.
The nearby river towns of L’isle Jourdain has activities including bungee jumping, zip wires, water sports or opt for a nice walk or meal.
It also boasts the popular Circuit de Val de Vienne racing track.
In the opposite direction a short drive away is the other river town of Confolens where you will find restaurants, bars and shops and a lovely garden area by the river.
