This ancient property consisting of two small stone houses, "La casetta" (6360115) and "Lo Studio" (6369167) and a manor house, in the middle of a natural paradise on the Costa Smeralda between Porto Cervo, Baja Sardinia and San Pantaleo, less than 2 km from the sea and about 22 km from Olbia. "Le Tre Pietre" stands along a path once crossed by wagons, which stopped here to unload wheat and load the baked bread in the two ovens that still exist today.
Inside the property, there are some large granite rocks, hence the name "The Three Stones", among which, on one, due to its particular concave shape, the farmers cleaned the ears with the help of the wind that dispersed the waste parts. Today, this same granite has become a popular solarium, especially in the intermediate seasons, when it releases the heat accumulated by solar radiation and renders a beneficial and healthy warmth to the body, one of the most sought after characteristics by our guests.
The surrounding land consists of granite rocks softened by meadows and Mediterranean scrub rich in typical plants and aromatic herbs such as myrtle, rosemary, lavender and wild fennel, juniper, strawberry tree, olive and oak which make the air rich in oxygen, dry, very pure and fragrant.

The restoration of the stone houses, in Gallurese "stazzu", took place scrupulously, through the recovery of the original stones, respecting the orientation and position deriving from age-old local knowledge such as exposure to the sun and winds, the presence of drinking water, the proximity of meadows to pastures.
The house can accommodate four people (+ a possible cot for a child), the living area is large and bright and opens onto the veranda overlooking the park with sea view.
