In the heart of the mountain sector Prat-de-Bouc, at the foot of the ski lift, we offer you this superb 3-bedroom apartment located on the first floor of the residence la grange des roches. It has a capacity to accommodate 8 people.
It features a living room with a flat-screen TV open to a bright and friendly dining room and a fully equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, citrus press, raclette appliances...).
You can also enjoy 2 bedrooms, each with a 140X200 bed, then a room with 2 beds of 80x200 (which can be joined to form a 160X200 bed) and a bunk bed of 90x190. You will then find a sanitary area with three washbasins, two closed showers and two independent toilets. Central heating is gas-powered.
You can enjoy a shared laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
A cleaning kit (vacuum cleaner, broom, products...) is provided as well as an iron and ironing board and a clothes horse.
