The apartment, located 150 meters from Les Lecques beach, is fully air-conditioned.
It is located on the 1st floor of a beautiful new residence with an elevator. The building is of very high quality. The entrance opens directly onto a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, opening onto the dining area and the living room, which features a sofa bed for relaxing (which can be converted to sleep 5 if needed). A 15 m² terrace extends the space. We have set up a table and chairs for enjoying a delicious aperitif and family meals.
The apartment has two bedrooms. The first offers a 160 x 190 cm double bed and a storage wardrobe. The second is equipped with a pull-out bed, providing two 90 cm beds, which is ideal for children, for example.
Finally, the bathroom is spacious and equipped with a single sink, a shower, and a heated towel rail.
A bonus is access to the shared swimming pool between 9 [hidden] and 8 [hidden] (please note: capacity is limited to 10 people) and a gate directly overlooking the Promenade Rose and Les Lecques beach, 150 m away.
