The property, which stands in 2.8 hectares of land, has four large bedrooms (three doubles, one twin and including the signature bedroom... a vaulted 9m room with a walk in wet room with free standing bath), a spacious family bathroom, a double height lounge equipped with Digital TV, Sky+ HD satellite, DVD player, free WiFi internet access and even an HP Printer for the day when you've forgotten to print your Ryanair boarding card. A wood burning stove will keep you warm and toasty when the evenings begin to cool. Then there is a kitchen to die for... 9m long, beautiful oak flooring, a three-oven Range master duel fuel cooker, a large fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer along with every other convenience you would expect. Situated in a peaceful hamlet with views of rolling countryside, the property is 3km from the nearest village which is served by a restaurant, boulangerie and village store. Chalus is the closest town, being 5km to the west and providing a large supermarket, restaurants, butchers, bakers and other shops as well as two ATMs. Being in French lake-land, there are also several freshwater lakes in the area. Most have man-made sandy beaches and other leisure facilities and are very popular.
