Hello, and thank you for your interest in our beautiful property, that we have perfected for you to relax and enjoy. Come feel the time stop under one of the big trees, smell the perfume of roses, enjoy the taste of fruits you can pick from the garden, dive in the clear water of the swimming pool, and eat and drink a glass on the terrace at sunset.
The house is particularly well located : in the peaceful countryside while being close to shops and activities of Bergerac. The village of Lamonzie Saint Martin is at 2 minutes drive et has a very good bakery, a pharmacy, GP offices, a butcher, a post office, a playground and a basketball court.
A fresh bread vending machine (supplied by the local bakery) is also available 24/7 at only 13 minutes walk, as well as a pizza vending machine available 24/7 at 5 minutes drive.
You will be surrounded by vineyards, where many visits are organised all year long. The area is also rich in medieval castles.
Available within 5 minutes drive : aquapark, bowling, laser/trampoline/futsal/quiz room centre, karting centre. The beautiful lake of Pombonne is only a 14 minutes drive et has a sand beach and a supervised swimming area.
Many aquatic activities on the Dordogne are available, such as canoe/kayaking and picnic areas.
You will be in the centre of many villages and towns famous for their beauty, such as Issigeac (20 minutes drive), Monpazier (50 minutes drive) or Sarlat (1h20 drive), thriving with traditional day and/or night markets, and gourmet markets organised by local producers.

Big house ideally located in the countryside, in the vineyards region. Only 10 minutes drive from the Cavaille shopping centre in Bergerac, 12 minutes from the airport and from the train station in Bergerac, 90 minutes from Bordeaux. Particularly peaceful, very few neighbours.
Big park with many trees. Depending on the season, you can enjoy the peaches, apples, persimmons, quinces and other fruits from the 20 fruits trees in the garden.

The house :
The big (10mx5m) fenced swimming pool offers the possibility to relax at any time.
The house also has a big terrace with a shed (with 8 seat lounge set and a big outside dining table and chairs) that offers a beautiful view on the park and the swimming pool.
Ground floor : big kitchen, big sitting room/dining room with small play area, small bathroom, one bedroom, laundry room with washing machine.
A/C will be installed in all bedrooms of the house and in the office from April 2024.
Bedroom 1 : two single beds (90x190cm) with box spring bed frames (can be placed together to create a big 180x190cm bed).
Bedroom 2 : bunk bed 90x190cm (suitable for adults if needed).
Bedroom 3 : king size bed 160x200cm.
Bedroom 4 : two single beds (90x190cm) with box spring bed frames (can be placed together to create a big 180x190cm bed).
Bedroom 5 : queen size bed 180x200cm with ceiling fan.
All mattresses are memory foam. 4 fans also available.
The office/gym can take a single bed from bedroom 4 if needed.
Sitting room has an A/C unit, HDTV, wifi (with wifi booster to have access to the internet in the whole house), orange TV box.
The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, nespresso coffee machine, kettle, several shapes and sizes of cake tins, electric whisk, etc.). There is a wood stove that brings heat upstairs to the corridor and bedroom 4.
The office is equipped with a yoga mat, dumbbells and a domyos (decathlon brand) fitness cube.
The house is particularly suitable for families with children, especially young children.
