Large patio doors allow the sun and view to flood into the living area that consists of the lounge that is comfortably furnished with 2 sofas, a TV and DVD player, and a great inside dining area. However, the best dining is to be had outside on the large covered terrace.
The two bedrooms, one king-size and one twin, each with its own large, luxury ensuite bathroom with bath and shower also have patio doors so that you can step straight from your bed out onto your patio.

The grounds are away from the road and are partially lawned to play on and the rest has been left to nature for the abundant birds and wildlife that have chosen to live here amongst the peace and tranquility. They don't mind sharing with you for a while though and you'll be able to watch them when you're sitting on your patio eating your breakfast in the sun. If you're very lucky, you may even get to see 'Hiboo' our owl.
Your private, above ground pool (June to Oct) is approx 4m in dia, with a large decked area for sun loungers.
For even more fun there's a large games room on site equipped with snooker table, table-tennis, table football, games, books, music and DVDs, all of which you are most welcome to use.
