Ideally located by the sea, between Cannes and Golfe Juan, this large studio benefits from a large terrace with a magnificent view of the Cap d'Antibes. Superb balcony on the French Riviera for 2 to 4 people, enjoy a 3 hectare tropical garden with semi-Olympic swimming pool, tennis court, table tennis ... and private access to a small secret beach.
This large studio offers a superb view of the sea and the garden with 2 large bay windows opening onto a comfortable terrace. Eat breakfast and enjoy the marvelous view of the Mediterranean, while watching the sailboats crossing the horizon. In the evening, comfortably seated on the luxurious UNOPIU sofa, you will admire the sunset over the famous Cap d'Antibes and, depending on the day in summer, the fireworks.
You are surrounded by nature, 5 minutes from the famous Cannes Festival Croisette and 5 minutes from the small Provencal port of Golfe Juan, just above the residence, the superb Paradou Natural Park.
As a couple or a family, your air-conditioned accommodation includes 4 beds, a convertible sofa bed and a convertible bed wardrobe, so once the beds are closed you have plenty of space. The kitchen is functional and has an oven, a dishwasher, a new fridge freezer and also 2 coffee makers (filter and Nespresso).
The modern bathroom also includes a washing machine.
We acquired this apartment a few months ago, because we fell in love with the view, the large garden and the swimming pool. We have added furniture from major brands and designer furniture to make the stay more comfortable.
Practice different activities ... First at the bottom of the residence's garden you have private access to a small sandy beach. Opposite you have the view of Cap d'Antibes, on the left the famous seaside resort of Juan les Pins and on the right the wonderful Lérins islands opposite the bay of Cannes. You swim in clear water and some rocks invite you to snorkel. If you prefer the pool, stay in the park, a superb 25-meter pool awaits you, with many deckchairs. Far from the hustle and bustle of the cities and holiday club, you are here in a quiet, luxury residence, in the center of an exotic park bordered by the gardens of the villas of the King of Belgium and the King of Saudi Arabia. At no extra cost you can book your tennis lesson (we provide the rackets), if you prefer table tennis several tables are at your disposal (with the rackets) and we also provide a game of boules if you want to practice the famous Provencal pétanque , the ball field is located at the bottom of the park. At the bottom of the residence you also have the coastal cycle path, which allows you to go to the Promenade des Anglais in Nice or Cannes and Mandelieu, in the direction of the legendary Corniche d'Or road.
But vacation is also relaxation ... Take a stroll in the residence's large garden or on the path along the seaside, from Cannes to the famous Golfe Juan beach, where Napoleon Bonaparte landed. Rest on the superb terrace, admire the yachts (we supply the binoculars) or let yourself be lulled by the song of the birds.
