Casa Camomilla B is a welcoming one-story independent house surrounded by meadows and by green hills. It sleeps five people. The complex has been obtained from an age-old farm house made of stone which is located in the hills of the Chianti Fiorentino, the Northern part of the Chianti area. In the complex you will find six holiday houses, attached one to each other. Each house features a direct access from the garden, with a reserved patio or terrace. All around the complex, you will enjoy a 360 degree view of the green hills where you can discern ordered lines of vineyards, or large areas covered with olive groves and towering cypress trees.
At the property, you will be able to arrange dinners and cooking classes on request for extra fee, and you will also be able to book excursions, wine tours and other activities such as horseriding or lake sport fishing. The gardener lives on the premises.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 13 meters (42 feet) long, from 1.20 meter (4 feet) to 2.40 meters (7.9 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy an enchanting view of the Tuscan countryside and of the vineyards. You will share the pool with guests staying at 5 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September, until 8 pm.
Garden
The garden is 5000 square meters (54000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by ancient olive trees and by tall cypresses. The garden is equipped with wood sofas, as well as with chairs and an hammock. Here you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table and a football table. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of the Tuscan hills and of the vineyards. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally). The patio is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a retractable awning and by a wood roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs.
Living Room
The living room is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The furnishings are rural and characteristic of the Tuscan house, and include some hand-made pieces by local artisans. The furnishings include an armchair and a divan bed for one guest. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a toaster. The dining table can accommodate five guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has three small windows.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The ceiling is vaulted. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the greenery and of the hills. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a small high window.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
