It includes a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a living/dining room with a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, a shower room, and a separate toilet. There is a west-facing terrace and a private parking space. Shops are nearby.
Internet access is available. Pets and smoking are not allowed.
Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for a fee upon request from the agency).

If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a pre-inspection will be carried out by the agency the day before their departure. This inspection will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the event of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.
