The location is ideal for discovering all the landing sites, the superb city of Bayeux and the beautiful Bessin region, but also for enjoying the beaches, the property's tennis courts and the Omaha Beach golf course. The 200 m2 house consists of a ground floor with an entrance hall, a laundromat, a WC with hand basin, a kitchen opening onto a large dining room, and a very large and very comfortable living room.

Among the many day trips, there are: Mont Saint-Michel (listed as a UNESCO heritage site), the Channel Islands of Jersey, Guernsey, Serck and Alderney. The Chausey Islands are particularly remarkable for their tidal range at high tides. The bay of Veys is a paradise for birds, next to the Cotentin marshes with superb landscapes.
