Ideally located near Alès (10') and Uzès (30'), our 18th-century house offers five comfortable bedrooms with bedding and towels provided. Two bedrooms boast their own bathrooms, while two are air-conditioned. For your relaxation, enjoy a pool, a heated SPA, and a solarium to savor the air and sun. For shade lovers, a hammock area awaits, and from to roof-top sundeck offering a breathtaking view of the sunset Designed to cater to all generations, our house features a summer lounge/library and a leisure room equipped with a "Home Cinema" with an HD video projector and board games. The main terrace, equipped with a gas plancha, is the perfect spot for convivial evenings. A lit petanque court is also available at night. Upon request, you can make use of our four bikes. The cleaning package includes cleaning upon your departure, SPA preparation, and pool maintenance, ensuring a carefree stay. A spacious private courtyard provides plenty of room for parking multiple vehicles during your stay. Complimentary WiFi is included throughout the house for your convenience. For professional reasons, we won't be able to personally welcome you; however, we remain available for any requests or questions. The hamlet is located on an interesting axis: - Nîmes 30 minutes - Avignon 1 hour - Montpellier 1 hour - Uzès 30 minutes - Vézénobres, a beautiful medieval village is 5 minutes away as well as a multitude of small Gard villages in the surroundings - Anduze , at the foot of the Cévennes, is 20 minutes away. We are about 1 hour from the sea, and 30 'from the fabulous corners of wild Cévennes rivers. Due to some unfortunate incidents involving improper behavior from pet owners, we kindly ask that you inform us in advance of the presence of any pets. We are open to discussing individual cases. The two additional beds (available upon request) in the "Ivory" room are located in the same room as the main double bed. There is no air conditioning/cooling in the summer, except in the "Apple" and "Sapphire" rooms. We follow the principles of the "South": ventilating the accommodation at night and closing everything during the day to keep it cool. Three fans/misters are available for your comfort. Pool towels are provided, as well as bedding and household linen, all included in the cleaning package. The accommodation features an "American" fridge/freezer equipped with an ice maker.
