- A 15 m² south-facing terrace is equipped with a table, 4 chairs and a parasol to make the most of the outdoors.
The house is located in a quiet, wooded subdivision, a 5-minute walk from Lac des Carolins, ideal for walks, jogging or cycling. There are picnic tables, a barbecue, children's games and a small zoo (Exotic Park). Just a 2-minute walk from the Camino de Santiago de Compostela, you can also reach the medieval village of Lescar, with its ramparts offering breathtaking views of the Pyrenees. At the foot of the ramparts, a leisure area with skate park, beach volleyball, basketball court...

From the house, enjoy walks, jogging and cycling on car-free paths, as well as hiking on the Chemin de Saint-Jacques. Fishing at the lake and numerous activities offered by the tourist office. At 500 m, the “Quartier Libre” shopping center with shopping, cinema, bowling, restaurants and supermarkets. Local shops within walking distance: pharmacy, organic bakery, hairdresser and butcher.
