Summary: Property owner was very kind, went above and beyond to assist with whatever I needed help with. The accommodation is a little far from main city of Bari but easy to manage with a rental car. The accommodation is new and exceptionally maintained, no lift access as is the case with most places in old towns. No complaints about the accommodation itself.
