Upstairs, an attic bedroom with a private bathroom (small shower) and toilet (sofa bed).
Shared with the owners is a 12x6m salt-water swimming pool, with a depth of 2.20m. The entrance is via a ladder secured by a dome and an alarm. The pool is open from April to the end of October (unheated pool).
