Our large detached family Villa is in a quiet residential area in the popular resort of Cala’n Porter on the South Coast of the island and is the perfect setting for a private and peaceful family holiday. The Villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are en-suite. The pool and terrace area are south-west facing and gets sunshine all day with stunning views of the sunset in the evening, ideal for al-fresco dining. The Villa is close to all amenities, is fenced and gated for safety and security and is children friendly. There is a large lounge and dining area with patio doors to spacious terrace area and private pool, as well as a fully fitted and equipped kitchen/breakfast room. Completed in December 2007, this is the last of 12 newly built properties and is furnished to a high standard which offers all the expected 'mod cons' including full air-conditioning in all rooms, a full TV package and free Wifi.
