Welcome to the Moulin Monjonc!
Our cottage is located on the Glane, in a small hamlet, in the commune of Saint-Junien (87); shops 5 minutes away.
It is 25 minutes from Limoges, and can be reached easily and quickly.
It sleeps 6 (1 double bed in a master bedroom, and upstairs 1 double bed and 2 single beds) and has a heated hot tub.
A breakfast basket is included.
BEFORE BOOKING: please check with us if access to the hot tub is possible (emptying, maintenance)!
THE ACCOMMODATION
- A private hot tub (for 6 adults) semi-covered, heated to 37°C (in winter)
- A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee machine, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, waffle maker, dishwasher...)
- A master bedroom on the ground floor (with shower, TV, hair dryer...)
- A living room with TV, blu-ray player, and convertible sofa (increasing the capacity to 8 "beds" maximum, on request)
- A bedroom with a double bed (upstairs) open on a mezzanine with TV
- A bedroom with 2 single beds (upstairs) which crosses the double bedroom and a shower room (in the bedroom)
- A toilet on the ground floor
- Outdoor garden furniture (in summer)
- Charcoal barbecue + plancha
- Umbrella bed (accessible)
- A high chair (on request)
A discovery basket (local milk, coffee, tea, chocolate, local fruit juice, local cakes) is offered.
Bathroom linen is provided.
Bed linen is only provided for stays of 7 days or more (only the fitted sheet for the parent's bedroom is provided as it is a size 160x200).
Toilet paper (1 roll provided) and dishwasher tablets (1 per day provided).
ACCESS FOR TRAVELLERS
A car park is at your disposal at the entrance of the mill. This is marked with a wooden sign on the ground, which reads "Le Moulin Monjonc".
In the interest of the neighbourhood's peace and quiet, we ask you to use it at all times, unless you have to.
OTHER REMARKS
CLEANING: On your arrival, you will find the mill in a perfect state of cleanliness.
We require the same state on your departure: cleaning products and cleaning kits are at your disposal.
As a reminder, the cleaning must be done on your departure.
CAMERA: A surveillance camera is installed outside the mill to monitor the river (flooding).
