Set in 5 acres of beautiful Charente countryside, Le Tilleul offers a sympathetically converted haybarn divided into 2 separate independent quality gites, Le Cerisier and Le Pommier, which together sleep 10 plus room for an additional child's bed and cot, if needed. Family friendly with enough space to unwind, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life! In the summertime , the two gites share a Large Private (13m x 6m) heated swimming pool, which is overlooked by the spacious Summer Terrace, equipped with sofa, dining table and chairs, Hammock, American fridge-freezer with ice-maker and dart board. Next to the Summer Terrace is the gym, the 4 person sauna and the dedicated Table Tennis area.
The grounds are mostly laid to grass with football mini-goals, volleyball/badminton net and 14ft trampoline with safety net all available for those with energy to burn! There is also a 12 m x 4 m Terraine de Patanque (Boules Court) and a Croquet Lawn - ideal places for a sociable family game of boules or croquet as the sun goes down!
