It has a large terrace on 3 sides, part of which serves as a dining room when the weather is nice which is very often the case because Sérignan benefits from an excellent climate. It is surrounded by a flowered garden of 500m2 in which there is an inflatable swimming pool 4m in diameter. The neighborhood is quiet because it is far enough from the noisy city center because of the many festivals but close enough to go there on foot about 15 to 20 minutes. The region is absolutely beautiful and interesting from a geographical and historical point of view. You can circulate on foot, by bike, by boat. Sérignan has a small marina. Valras is 3 km away and also offers a wide range of cultural and sporting events along the seaside, while the beach at Sérignan is kept wild. About 500m from the house, the construction of a swimming pool has already started, maybe it will be finished this summer. Spain is 100km away.
