The independent entrance opens onto a courtyard to park your car or play table tennis in the shade of centuries-old chestnut trees. In the garden, barbecue and deckchairs await you. You can also enjoy natural fruits from the orchard. Near the cottage, a sports ground, a playground or a hiking trail (8 km) will allow you to take a deep breath of fresh air. The gite consists of 2 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 child's bed), dining room, kitchen, living room, shower room, washing machine. Shared grounds of 200 m² partially enclosed, garden furniture, barbecue. The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for the kitchen (if the accommodation is equipped with gas burners). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay. Wifi, washing machine, deckchairs, garden, business rental, barbecue, garden furniture. Option to be paid on site: Hire of sheets for a single bed: €8. Cleaning fee (end of stay): €50. Hire of sheets for a double bed: €10. Additional person: 10 €.
