The *** house is ideally located just 8 km from SARLAT and 4 km from CARLUX, in the heart of a vast wooded park. You will appreciate the comfort of the house and the peace and quiet of the area, while being close to Sarlat and the main tourist sites, as well as the many activities on offer in our department (châteaux, chasms, caves, gardens).
The gîte comprises :
Ground floor: a dining room with sitting room (sofa, 2 armchairs) and fireplace, opening onto a fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, etc.), and a shower room with WC.
First floor: a 13 m² bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a second 13 m² bedroom with a 140 cm bed, and a mezzanine with a 90 cm bed. Separate WC and bathroom.
