Located 30 km south of Bordeaux, our rural cottage welcomes you for a vacation in the heart of the vineyard, in a former farmhouse classified as 2 stars. Accommodating up to 4 people, it offers an ideal setting to relax and explore the region.
On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, a 4-burner ceramic hob, a traditional oven, a microwave, and small appliances. The bathroom includes a shower and toilet. The living room, with its fireplace, exposed beams, stone walls, and television, invites relaxation.
Upstairs, a mezzanine overlooks the living room and offers a sofa bed for two people. A sloping ceiling bedroom has a double bed (140 cm).
The cottage opens directly onto the large courtyard of the Domaine, shaded by century-old plane trees, equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue, and shaded parking. The cottage has its own internet connection. There is also a washing machine and, on request, baby equipment (high chair, changing table, crib, etc.). Bed linen is provided.
The medieval village of Rions is 1.5 km away, with a grocery store and bakery. The supermarket, less than 2 km away, has an electric charging station. At 3 km, in the bastide of Cadillac, you will find all necessary services (tourist office, pharmacy, etc.) and a large country market on Saturday mornings.
A walking path through the vineyards, from the hills to the banks of the Garonne, runs alongside the Domaine. In 30 minutes by car, you can reach Bordeaux, Saint-Émilion, or Bazas. The ocean beaches, the Great Dune of Pilat, or the Arcachon Basin are accessible in 1 to 1.5 hours. Visiting northern Gironde or the Landes can be done in a day. You can also discover many other diverse sites or simply stay on site to enjoy the tranquility.
