The spacious holiday villa has only recently been fully renovated in 2019. It offers a generous living space of 320 m², spread across two floors. The villa can accommodate up to seven guests. The ground floor has a direct exit to the pool area. UPPER FLOOR The attic floor features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room. This floor has a comfortable terrace offering magnificent sea views across the Pkleni island archipelago.
The outdoor area has a great infinity pool, size 4 x 6 meters and 1.5 meters deep. From the pool, guests will enjoy of relaxing view of the Adriatic sea. Unique benefits of enjoying sitting around the pool are magnificent panoramic views across the Pakleni Island archipelago. The pool area is surrounded by a centenary pine forest enclosing the whole area in a magnificent smell. There is a BBQ as well as a parking place for 2 cars.
