Located on two levels (no elevator), it comprises a 45 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, six bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 75 m² garden. First floor:

- Bedroom 1: A double bed (140×190) with a bathroom with bathtub

- Bedroom 3: A single bed and another single bed on the mezzanine floor
- Bedroom 4: One pull-out bed (sleeps two) and one bunk bed (sleeps two)

Second floor :
- Bedroom 5: One queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 6: Double sofa bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, clothes line, fans.
Babies are also welcome: two high chairs, dedicated crockery, two umbrella beds with mattresses, deckchair, bathtub, playpen, car seat. For children and older, toys and board games are available, as well as a wide selection of books and magazines.
Outside:
- An enclosed south-east/south-west-facing garden of approx. 60 m² with furniture to enjoy on sunny days. A barbecue, deckchairs and parasols are available.

Mudaison is close from beaches (20 minutes), major shopping areas, Montpellier and the charming tourist sites of the Hérault hinterland make it a very well-located and well-served village.
