Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of around 800 m². The south-southwest-facing apartment is composed as follows:

- A private garden of around 800 m² facing South, South-West, very sunny with furniture (rustic wooden table, benches for 6 people, parasol, gas barbecue, grill and plancha, garden furniture, outdoor games) to enjoy the fine weather.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
The apartment is ideally located in Ancelle, 1 km from the village, in very pleasant, wooded and quiet surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.
