Summary: This is not a 3 star hotel, maybe not even a 2 star. Staff is very nice, but the room has no hand towels, no tissues, no fridge (or ice machine on property) so can't keep anything cold. A 1-star Motel 6 has all these things in the US. No wine glasses even though we are in the most prestigious wine area on Earth. Can't connect TV to streaming services. Hotel restaurant is decent but overpriced. Very disappointed that Hotels.com gives this place 3 stars and don't understand all the great reviews.
