VILLA 81 is a luxurious villa, recently built (2015) and very modern. It is air conditioned and has a total area of 150 m2 on a private park of 700 m2 fully fenced and secured by two large electric gates also including 4/5 parking spaces.
Equipped with design furniture, the villa has inside:
- a large living room with a large living room (with home cinema and very large flat screen TV), a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, 2 coffee makers, a large fridge / freezer, robots, ...),
- 4 bedrooms of 15 m2 approx. : 2 bedrooms with 160 beds, flat screen TV and overlooking the pool; 1 master bedroom en suite with 160 bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom and toilet; and finally a children's room with 4 beds in 90 overlooking the pool,
- a second large bathroom with 2 large walk-in showers and a second toilet,
- a large garage equipped with a washing machine and a dryer, and in which you can store your bulky equipment and your golf equipment, surf, ...
Main place of life in the summer for meals, bathing and lazing around, you will have a very large terrace of 116 m2 very sunny, partly protected by a very large shade sail with:
- a swimming pool salt 8x4 m heated (from May to September) and doubly SECURED by barrier (removable if necessary) and alarm,
- an outdoor shower with hot water: very pleasant and practical after returning from the beach,
- Important garden furniture: garden furniture, deck chairs, tables and chairs for meals, large plancha for outdoor dining,
- A park with various shrubs and palm trees with a lawn area.
For your pleasure, we make free to the tenants:
- bikes all the way (4 for adults -neufs- and 4 for children),

- the tree climbing park about 1 km away
- several restaurants at distances between 500m and 3km.
The price includes final cleaning and linen (sheets with beds made before your arrival, 2 towels per person, bath mats, tea towels ...).
