The pool and sun deck area is not overlooked, it is surrounded by palm and olive trees, and there is also a summer kitchen with an outdoor dining area next to it.
*The outdoor area offers a 9m x 5m swimming pool, jacuzzi, and a huge sun deck area with 8 deck chairs offering absolute privacy, a covered outdoor dining area, and all surrounded by olive and palm trees. A summer kitchen is next to the pool area, a second covered outdoor dining area for 10 people with a barbecue. Villa also offers a bench with weights, an exercise bike, and a dart. The sea views from the outdoor area are amazing and open.

A separate toilet and a washing machine are in the hallway.

Salona ruins only 11km far, marked mountain path leads from Kaštel Stari to the Malačka saddle (480 m) as a starting point for mountaineering paths through Kozjak and Kaštela Hinterland.
